  • Buy locally. Everything not produced locally costs the earth an immense amount of energy to transport. Consider the weight of a single bottle of wine, for example. Multiply this by millions and you'll realize the importance of consuming only products produced nearby.

  • Purchase organic food and clothing when possible.

  • Get outside, and camp, commune, or live with Nature for a while. It is only by becoming one with Nature that we truly cherish Her profound, beautiful, and divine existence.

  • Travel virtually, meditate, and get outside.
